Learn the art of living through plays: Prasanna

Mysuru: “The education sector had shown the right path to the Kannada amateur theatre during its difficult time,” said renowned theatre person Prasanna.
He was speaking after inaugurating theatre festival organised at Natana Rangashala to remember the founder of Neenasam, K V Subbanna.
“Children should be taught what a play is. On one side there is entertainment and on the other there is life. They have become competitors and have created a difficult situation. Difference between entertainment and play should be understood. Theatre teachers one about life,” he added.
Founder president of Natana, Mandya Ramesh, director of Rangayana Bhagirathi Bai Kadam, M S Archana, N R Vishu Kumar and others were present.
